ABC Printing & Signs will start charging a 3% convenience fee for all credit card transactions starting April 1, 2022

Convenience Fee Frequently Asked Questions

The credit card payment method is becoming prohibitively expensive because of the increasing costs of providing a secure payment platform that complies with industry security standards together with fees for credit card transaction processing.  Therefore, a convenience fee on credit card transactions in the amount of 3% will be charged.

  • When will this change become effective?  April 1, 2022

ABC Printing & Signs accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Credit card payments can only be made in person or online via a link from your invoice and can be made over the phone.

  • Why is the convenience fee 3%? How was that percentage established?

3% is the amount necessary to support the infrastructure used to process your payment. The percentage was established by computing the cost per transaction. All amounts collected are to recover existing costs, and produce any revenue from the convenience fee.

You can avoid paying the convenience fee by paying in person with cash or check at our Bonanza or Fort Smith location. You may also mail a check with no convenience fee to the address below. Remember to always include your invoice number on the check.
